Phone number. Please include the best time to contact you
How many people will be traveling? Please include number of adults and children.
Travel Dates. Please include arrival and departure dates. These dates can be approximate if you are still in the planning phase of your trip.
City, countryside, seaside, etc…Please indicate if you are looking to visit cities (for example: Rome, Venice, Florence). Or are you interested in the countryside, mountains or seaside? (for example: the hills of Tuscany, Italian Alps, Cinque Terre?) Or are you looking for a combination trip?
Please indicate what parts of Italy you are interested in visiting. Just name the cities (for example: Milan, Rome, etc..) or regions (for example: Tuscany, Umbria, etc..) you have interest in. If you are not sure, no worries, we can sort this out once we have the answers to the questions above.
Please note your travel style. Are you a road warrior or looking to linger? Do you want to see as much as possible in a given time? Or are you more into Slow Travel.
Your interests. Are you interested in museums, opera, spas, skiing, cooking classes, wine tours, cultural tours, scooter rides (with driver) in Rome, bike/wine tours, golf, etc.. Please indicate your interests.
Accommodations. Please list your preferences for accommodations: luxury villas, hotels, monasteries, castles, B&B’s, farmhouse? Once again, this can be a mix. For example, you can stay in a 5-star hotel or monastery in the center of Rome one week, and at a farmhouse the next week in Tuscany.
Transportation. Please indicate how you prefer to get around. Train, car, etc..
Please let us know your budget: Let us know what kind of budget you are working with so that we can match the proper accommodation, tour, etc… to your needs.
